To excellent engineering: Using a systems engineering approach, we design and engineer our power plants for the long term—from construction through decommissioning—to operate at maximum efficiencies. Since we prefer to own and operate the power plants, we are highly incentivized to design, engineer and construct them well, taking that risk away from our customers.
To quality operations: Our approach is to focus on the fundamentals as we seek to operate generation facilities as they were designed and intended to be operated. We have a proven track record of improving on the original design of existing facilities, thus increasing capacity factors and lowering operational costs. We hire motivated people, develop effective procedures and programs, train our employees in their implementation, and seek continuous improvement.
To our Customers: We use highly effective operational programs emphasizing safety, environmental compliance, operations, maintenance, chemistry, training, and administration. We tailor these programs to the individual facility. As power plant owners, we align our processes to consistently deliver outstanding O&M performance which goes straight to the bottom line of our customers.
To the Environment: MMR Power Solutions provides the Site Operator with entire plant responsibility for Environmental Compliance. The Operator takes ownership of procedures and processes to protect the environment and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and permitting requirements. Our environmental program also includes oversight by senior management to ensure full compliance.
